Common questions we are asked.
Chasing Fogg? WTF?
The name was inspired by our journey around the world. Like Phileas Fogg – the hero in the Jules Verne novel, Around the World in Eighty Days – we began and ended our journey in London, England. During this trip, we were able to track our progress relative to Fogg – in a way chasing him around the globe back to London.
How did you get all of that time off from work?
We asked. We gave our employer enough time to know that these big trips were on the horizon and worked with them to ensure that there was coverage. For the most part, our companies have been accepting, but your mileage may vary.
Do you have Global Entry or other trusted traveler status?
Yes. Global Entry has been a great help in departing from US airports although, with the new automated passport control kiosks there has not been a huge reduction in time when arriving in the US from an international destination.
What is the best thing to have when traveling internationally?
